These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Milena Construction LLC website and services. By accessing the site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Milena Construction LLC provides residential contracting services, including roof installation & replacement, roof repair & leak fix, interior painting, exterior painting, carpentry & wood repair, in Nashua, New Hampshire and within 40 miles of Nashua, NH.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are provided free of charge. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if the scope changes after the quote is accepted, any changes are documented in writing and agreed to by both parties before work continues.

Payment Terms

Payment methods and schedules are confirmed in your written estimate. A deposit may be required to schedule work or order materials on larger projects. The balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Workmanship & Satisfaction

We stand behind our workmanship, satisfaction guaranteed. Any workmanship concern raised promptly after completion will be inspected and addressed. This commitment covers defects in workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, settling, weather events, water intrusion outside our scope, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and products.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, disclose known hazards (lead paint, asbestos, electrical issues, etc.), and remove or relocate fragile or valuable items prior to our arrival when reasonable. Items not moved by the customer will be carefully covered or worked around, but we cannot be responsible for damage to undisclosed fragile items.

Cancellations & Scheduling

Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled start date. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee to cover materials already ordered or crew scheduling losses. Roofing and exterior work is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled to protect the quality of the work.

Permits & Code

Where a project requires permitting or inspection, we build to applicable code and coordinate the permits required by your municipality. The scope of any permitting included is documented in your written estimate.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing Law
