Quick answers
Hardwood, vinyl, or tile, which should I choose?
It depends on the room and how it gets used. Hardwood for living areas and bedrooms, tile for baths and entries that see water, and luxury vinyl when you want the wood look with more moisture resistance and a friendlier price. We walk you through the trade-offs at the estimate.
Can you install new flooring over my existing floor?
Sometimes, it depends on the material and the condition underneath. We check the subfloor first, because laying new flooring over a soft, uneven, or squeaky base just hides a problem that comes back. If it needs prep, we tell you straight.
Do you refinish existing hardwood or only install new?
Both. If your hardwood is structurally sound, sanding and refinishing can bring it back for a fraction of a full replacement. If it is too far gone, we will tell you honestly and quote new flooring.
